100% of the waste generated in our
entire printing process is recycled.
Very occasionally we receive supplies
in packaging that cannot be recycled but our suppliers are being
encouraged to clean up their act and we estimate that
some 95% of all our waste is able to be recycled.
Even our
premises have been converted from redundant water tanks and
represent the ultimate in recycling!

Origination Costs
We make a small (subsidised) one-off
charge for converting your chart, matching the wool colours and
providing a proof.
We recommend DP Softwares excellent Cross Stitch Professional
charting software. Digital artwork supplied in this format will
reduce the proofing charges.
We are able to work cross platform and can accept digital artwork
from Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel and many other formats.
For further advice or information on acceptable artworks email your
details.
All jobs are proofed prior to production commencing. With many customers
now designing on their PC, this proof is often the first opportunity
to see the design "in the flesh". The proof is fully printed
onto the canvas required and is guaranteed to be exactly the same
as the production print. Layout and colour matches can be viewed
prior to production and any changes can be made at this point.

Lead Times
On approval of a proof, a print
run will normally be delivered within two weeks. We have managed
to deliver some urgent orders within 24 hours (much to the astonishment
of the customers!).

Accuracy
Because
the printing system is digital, the finished print will exactly
match the accuracy of the chart. For the first time, geometric designs
such as kilims and bargello can be printed with no loss of quality.
Colours
can be matched to any wool/thread range and submitted for approval.
Some Customers
prefer a slightly rounded print, more closely following the effect
of hand-drawn artwork. This too, can be achieved if requested.

Prices
All prices are based on canvas and
design size. The number of colours to be printed has no bearing
on the price. This enables designers to produce more complex images
without fear of pricing the final product out of the market.

Minimum Orders
There is
no minimum print order.
We do require a minimum spend but designs can be grouped
together to achieve this. Contact Simon Deighton
for details.
